Party girl Marlie is first to join the team and quickly bonds with newbie Molly, a disastrous-dating brickie. But it's final new girl Chyna that makes the biggest impression on lothario Jordan – as he quickly singles her out as rep romance potential. With a new massage qualification under his belt, pint sized muscle man Deano is keen to get his hands on the guests and prove he can avoid the drama of relationships at all. With the guests' arrival, it's not long before he's attempting to put this into practice. With David on hand to lead the way, Marlie and Mollie are soon getting the hang of rep life showing how to cater to guests and yet still have fun. But Chyna struggles juggling Jordan's attention and her job as a rep. With feedback from the guests to come at the end of the weekend, she will have to raise her game to avoid coming under the eye of El Jefe.

Synopsis
In this new series, we say adios to Magaluf and hola to Europe’s number one glamorous party island Ibiza. There’s a brand new hotel rigged with cameras, capturing all the shenanigans and antics of our new holiday reps as they revel in their first season in party paradise. Leading the pack is the queen of ‘Magaluf Weekender’ herself, Head Rep Imogen. Sporting a svelte new look and bursting with newly acquired confidence, Imogen is on hand to show the rookie reps - Ben, Sophie, Deano, Rachel and Kris - exactly how the job should be done. But will the new reps behave themselves? Will they get on? Can they be trusted with the guests? Not to mention each other? And when a blast from her past makes a surprise return, will Imogen be able to stay focused on the task in hand?
